About CPC Course

Duties and Responsibilities as a CPC Professional

- Assigning APC and DRG codes
- Assigning CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and ASA codes
- Keeping every record and document genuinely free of errors
- Flagging equipment or software issues to a supervisor right away
- Staying compliant with medical coding policies and guidelines
- Reviewing and cross-checking patient records for accuracy
- Making sure every code in use stays current and active
